The 28 Day Meal Plan

You know you should eat better. That was never the problem. The problem is Tuesday at 6pm with nothing thawed and no plan, which is where good intentions go to die.

This is four weeks of that decision already made for you.

Twenty eight days of biblical food, every portion measured, every meal counted, every week's grocery list totalled from the exact meals in it. Fish, lentils, barley, eggs, olives, figs, lamb, goat, and greens. Nothing you need to order online, nothing you have to explain to your family.

How it works

Every day lands between 1,670 and 1,725 calories with an average of 120 grams of protein. That protein number is the one that matters, because it is the difference between losing fat and just losing weight.

Each week runs on three breakfasts, three lunches, four dinners, and two snacks, rotated across seven days. That is deliberate. A plan with 28 different dinners looks impressive and gets abandoned by Thursday, because nobody shops or cooks like that.

What is inside

  • 28 days planned meal by meal, with calories and protein shown for every day
  • 48 recipes with exact portions and a method you can follow in under 20 minutes
  • Four grocery lists, one per week, totalled from that week's actual meals
  • A swap guide so you can keep running this after day 28 without eating the same thing twice
  • Six kitchen habits that remove most of the work
  • Honest guidance on adjusting the calories to your body, because 1,700 is not right for everyone

The four weeks

  1. Build the base. Simple cooking, high protein, nothing over twenty minutes.
  2. Add the fish. Three fish meals, the single change with the strongest evidence behind it.
  3. Cook once, eat twice. Batch cooking. Two pots on one evening cover most of the week's lunches.
  4. Make it yours. Repeats what worked and hands you the swap guide.

A few honest notes

Vegetables are not rationed. Every gram in this plan is counted except those, and they are a floor rather than a ceiling. Hungry between meals means eat more vegetables.

A few modern conveniences appear alongside the biblical foods, and the plan names them plainly instead of pretending: egg whites, Ezekiel bread, Greek yogurt. Eggs are biblical, separating them is not. The plan tells you which is which.

Nothing here is a shake, a bar, a powder, or a supplement.
