The Christian Diet, LLC ("The Christian Diet," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, AI coaching application, Telegram messaging, SMS communications, lead capture forms, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of our Services.
IMPORTANT — SMS AND MOBILE MESSAGING
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Name, email address, phone number, and contact information when you register, complete our onboarding, or submit a lead capture or qualifier form
- Health and fitness information including weight, height, age, dietary preferences, food allergies, fitness goals, and any medical conditions you voluntarily disclose
- Payment information, which is processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers.
- Communications you send us, including messages to your AI coach via Telegram
- Check-in data including weight logs, food logs, water intake, workout logs, and progress photos
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and time spent on our Services
- Device information including browser type, operating system, and IP address
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 9 below
Information from third-party integrations (with your explicit permission):
- Google Calendar data as described in Section 6 below
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, personalize, and improve your coaching experience
- Generate customized meal plans, workout plans, and grocery lists tailored to your goals
- Send proactive coaching messages, reminders, and accountability check-ins via Telegram and SMS
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and follow-up communications
- Respond to your questions and support requests
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our Services
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your personal information for advertising purposes or share it with advertisers. We do not buy or sell leads.
3. SMS and Text Messaging
When you provide your phone number through any of our forms or opt into SMS communications, you consent to receive recurring text messages from The Christian Diet at the number provided. These messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, coaching check-ins, accountability messages, program updates, and promotional messages where you have explicitly opted in.

4. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with:
Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating our Services, including Cloudflare (cloud processing), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI processing), Telegram (messaging), and payment processors. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not engage in affiliate marketing with your personal data. We do not buy or sell leads.
5. Health Information
Our Services involve collection of health and fitness-related information. We treat this information with heightened care. Health information you share with us is used solely to provide and personalize your coaching experience. It is never sold, shared for marketing purposes, or disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
6. Google Calendar Integration
The Christian Diet AI coaching app may request access to your Google Calendar. When you connect it:
What we access: Read-only access to your calendar events for the current day, including event titles and times. We cannot create, edit, or delete events.
Why we access it: Your AI coach uses calendar data solely to personalize the timing of coaching messages around your real schedule.
What we do NOT do with your calendar data:
- Sell it to any third party
- Use it for advertising or marketing
- Share it with any third parties
- Store event details beyond your daily coaching session
Revoking access: Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, find "The Christian Diet Coach," and click Remove Access. Or email .
Google API Services User Data Policy: The Christian Diet's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
7. Where Your Data Lives
- Database: Supabase (Postgres), hosted on secure cloud infrastructure
- Processing: Cloudflare Workers handle all server-side logic
- AI Processing: Your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for the AI coach to respond. Anthropic processes these messages in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Messaging: Telegram handles message delivery. Photos you send are referenced by Telegram file IDs. We do not download or independently host your photos.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. If you cancel or request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where required by law.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis
- Receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format

California residents: You have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
10. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to operate our Services and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The coaching dashboard uses no cookies. Authentication is via a secure token in your dashboard URL. Keep that link private.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
12. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
13. Third-Party Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy with a new effective date and, where appropriate, by sending a Telegram or email notification.
