In 2019, I imagined a world where God's people were free from the chains of obesity. I knew that every single one of us held the power to thrive at a healthy weight the way God intended.

I also knew from my personal weight loss journey that it was God's principles and strength that kept me consistent with eating healthy and exercising.

I realized that I wanted to bring my revelation of God's word concerning weight loss and health to the world.

That's why I created The Christian Diet.

My name is Nolan and I'm the creator of The Christian Diet. The Christian Diet is a weight loss program created from the tactical and intentional use of putting God's word to practice.

What makes this program different than just reading your Bible and eating less, is that I have discovered hidden truths to weight loss that are found in the Bible and also backed by nutritional science.

I married the concepts found in nutritional science as well as Biblical foods and eating practices of that era to create a weight loss program that is not only effective but the only way to really understand food and the specific effects different foods have on our body.

For instance, although bread was common in the Bible, it served the purpose of raising our insulin levels in order for our bodies to store fat so that we could have access to energy (in the form of body fat) during times of famine.

Other foods like walnuts served as an aid to mental acuity which we know scientifically contain vital nutrients for optimal brain function.

Even vinegar, used inside of ancient drinks by the Roman soldiers served as an energy booster. We now know that vinegar contains acetic acid which helps the break down and utilization of body fat.

These are just a few of the many findings inside The Christian Diet that reveal a side of weight loss that you've never seen before.

Our mission at The Christian Diet is to make a healthy weight a reality for people with the power of God's word.

With love and blessings,
