Okay... Yes another diet program BUT WAIT! Let me explain more. I've done weight watchers, noom, beach body, and even jenny craig. Out of all of them this one (TCD) is my absolute favorite. The other ones are just so... corporate.... and lame! The Christian Diet goes into depth on what the Bible says and everything mention in the program is like awesome weight loss hacks that are Biblical!! So yeah I've lost alot of weight with the other programs but the Christian diet was the easiest one because even if you don't do the Bible foods and just do the shortcuts you can still lose alot of weight! I lost 20 or so pounds with the other programs and 30 pounds with The Christian Diet in half the time! I totally love TCD ❤️
I prayed to God to help me lose weight. Then by some divine intervention I found The Christian Diet on Facebook, so I said Lord I'm going to give this one more try God. Cuz I tried all the diets you could think of and my weight kept coming back. Not only did the Lord come through for ya girl but I lost 80 pounds!!! Took about 2 months and all I did was follow the program exactly. I slipped up a few days and had to eat auntie boo boo's apple pie with vanilla ice cream (that story is for another day 🤣) but yea the program shows you how to not get to the point where you want to eat unhealthy and how to bounce back if you slip up! God grace is abundant and His mercy endures forever. Hope anyone reading this gets to achieve their weight loss goals.
Okay my only complaint is why haven't I found out about this sooner!!!! I'm so obsessed with the program and the instructor RAWR sexy man.... anyways I lost my love handles in a just a few weeks and I didn't feel like I was starving at all! 110% would recommend.
I've tried atkins, weight watchers, keto, paleo you name it. The Christian Diet is the easiest and way healthier. If you want to save time, skip all the others and just get this one. Thank me later lol
